Refund & Return Policy

At Antheia Farms, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide clear and fair return guidelines. Please read our policy carefully.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hemp flower
  • Concentrates
  • Edibles
  • Any opened or used consumable products

All sales of these items are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Only non-consumable merchandise—such as apparel, accessories, or branded gear—is eligible for return.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return must be approved before shipping the item back

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
