Thank you for shopping with Antheia Farms. We’re committed to delivering your hemp products quickly, safely, and legally. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state regulations, we only ship within the United States and to states where hemp-derived products are legal.

You are responsible for knowing your state’s laws. By placing an order, you confirm that it is legal for you to receive hemp products in your location.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather, or unforeseen issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Antheia Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be found:

  • Check with your local post office or carrier
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  • Then contact us at antheia.farms@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Heat-Sensitive Products

During warmer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping for items like edibles or concentrates that may be sensitive to heat. We are not liable for damage due to weather conditions.
